Polaris Opole facility started operating in 2014 . First vehicle (pictured right, signed by Polaris employees) left the assembly line on 8/13/2014.  The plant located in southern Poland, close to Czech Republic and Germany, with convenient location nearby main transport routes in all European directions. The factory in Poland is the first outside North America production site Polaris all-terrain vehicles. Opole plant produces approximately 4600 SxS and 9100 ATV per year to markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Production focuses on increasing production of homologated models, which can be registered in European countries as road vehicles.

In addition to the final assembly process, pre-processing takes place – manual and semi-automatic MAG welding, powder coating and liquid painting of plastic parts. Besides production processes, there are support departments - technical and maintenance, quality, engineering, purchasing, materials handling and planning as well as HR, finance and customer service.

Currently Polaris Poland employs 245 people, including manufacturing, engineering and support functions. The company is constantly expanding – most recent is the project of building distribution center for all logistics operations in Europe.
