Use advanced data analytic techniques to collect, analyze, interpret, present and make recommendations on information to support strategic evidence-based decision making and knowledge development.
Extract and collect data from a variety of information systems and utilizing strong problem-solving skills and creativity to integrate data and information into useful formats.
Provide guidance and expertise with respect to key performance indicator and metric development for performance monitoring and the development of a governance dashboard.
Designing and developing data analysis and reporting solutions.
Provide support and guidance to junior analysts in report creation.
Manage upgrades, modifications, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Develops and updates process documentation and procedure instruction.
Reviews and evaluates cost pertaining to make vs. buy decisions and new BI product development.
Process purchase requisitions and records as required.
Assists in preparation of departmental budget including material, manpower, equipment and outside procurement costs, and operates within approved parameters.
Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area.
Complete company provided training.
Perform special projects as assigned.
