Position Title:

External Description: Primary Responsibilities
·Schedule, plan, and execute production to meet customer delivery commitments
·Assist with supervision, training, and direction of production staff
·Develop and document production processes
·Assist in establishing, monitoring, and reporting of production metrics
·Improve and optimize production processes for cost, quality, and on-time delivery
·Support strategic planning efforts to manage growth and improve efficiencies
·Maintain a motivated and engaged workforce
·Collaborate with partners in purchasing, logistics, and engineering
Minimum Qualifications
·Minimum 2 yearAssociates Degreerequired
·5yrs experience as a productionlead
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and Windows applications
·Detail oriented with strong documentation skills
·Exceptional oral and written communication
·Knowledge of Lean processing and quality assurance
·Self-directed and motivated
·Strong analytical skills
·Strong teamwork & collaboration skills
·Experience with ERP systems
Desired Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
·Experience using MAPICS and/or Dynamics ERP systems
·Experience with SharePoint
