What will my job really be?

The Service Rotational Program (SRP) gives you the unique experience of rotations through various service functions where you will build on your business knowledge and product exposure, while leveraging the breadth of experience to better serve our customers. In each rotation, you will be challenged to develop new skills, build a strong business foundation, and position yourself for future service roles.
What to Expect- During the Program
During this piloted program, you will have an individualized rotational plan within Service, as well as the opportunity to complete rotations outside of Service based on your interests and the business need. These rotations are designed to help build a solid and well-rounded business background focused in Dealer & Customer Service related departments. The Service Representative Rotational Program is best suited for graduates with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology programs. The Rotational Program will last for two years and will consist of:

  • Service Engineering (6 months)
  • Technical Publications (6 months)
  • Dealer Technical Training (6 months)
In addition to the required rotations, there may be opportunities for you to rotate through one of the following functional areas outside of Service: Post Sales Surveillance, Project Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing Operations

  • This program is newly developed and will be best fit for students who can be flexible, adaptable and who are eager to focus on how Polaris can better serve our consumers
  • Requires a superior undergraduate academic record (overall GPA of 3.0 minimum) with a Bachelor's degree
  • Proven strength in analysis and creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership
  • The drive to actively contribute to both personal and company-wide goals through creative and innovative thinking
  • The desire to work in a team environment and take a proactive leadership role
  • U.S. work authorization
