Position Title:


Establish time standards and efficiency methods
Analyzes and defines performance measurement (productivity) metrics and methodology
Manages productivity and performance data through data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping and/or problem analysis.
Clarifies and resolves complex business issues by breaking them down into meaningful components to determine root cause.
Develops and updates process documentation and procedure instruction
Coordinates with tool designers to specify or procure new tooling, fixtures and ideas and fixtures
Provides solution to problems that adversely affect operator safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Researches methods and procedures for cost reduction, work cell development and material flow improvement
Performs research and benchmarking on industry best practices related to manufacturing
Develops methods for machines, tools and equipment, processes and procedures, and work flow
Identifies process improvement opportunities
Writes, speaks and presents clearly across a variety of settings
Adjusts communication style by articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
Facilitate and/or lead process improvement teams
Systematically interacts with process owners and users to obtain feedback and to verify performance.
Provides on-the-job training or guidance to all levels of Operations
Participates on various cross functional teams as needed by department or company


Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
2+ years' experience in a or manufacturing environment
Strong Lean manufacturing competence
Kitting, warehouse, and material flow experience is desired
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent project and people management skills
Strong understanding of systems, processes, and operations
Ability to motivate team members using effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Independent decision-making, resolution skills and strong problem identification skills with a working knowledge of production fundamentals
Ability to work well at all levels of the organization
