Work with project managers and business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
Analyze existing business processes and data flows to develop systems designs, delivery roadmaps and integrations to other systems.
Write project requirements and functional product specifications
Create visual/UI mock ups for web-based interfaces, for discussions with business and developers.
Work with development team to design new technical systems and modifications to existing ones
Act as the point of contact for the development teams throughout the development, testing, and release processes
Document test cases and perform systems and acceptance testing
Participate in install planning and release
Troubleshoot production issues (if any) when projects are released
Provide after install support: Questions and helpdesk tickets from users
Attend and participate in project and administrative meetings
Experience in designing or architecting web based solutions
Experience writing SQL queries
Experience in Microservices architecture
BS/BA in business management information systems, computer science, software engineering, business, or equivalent technical degree required.
Minimum 5 years experience in an analyst role performing system analysis and writing functional and technical specifications.
2 years programming experience within an information services environment preferred.
Experience interfacing with the business to gather and understand requirements
Experience presenting designs/documentation
Understands and experienced with Order to Cash / Supply Chain business processes.
Experience with packaged and custom software development environments.
Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
