Senior Systems Analyst, Plymouth, Minnesota
Provide systems design,
validate and implement projects in Info XA/Mapics Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) and iSeries platform; lead design and implementation activities for
complex project by partnering with other Systems Analysts; transform project
requirements into software design; document functional/technical design
specifications for software developers/programmers including database layouts,
application modules, and user interface mock-ups; collaborate with other
systems analysts and project managers to review design; write test scenarios,
perform system testing and lead user acceptance testing cycles; execute
implementation tasks and ensure successful go-live; ensure that systems meet
business needs through user acceptance testing; work with users and co-workers
to manage a project from concept through testing and rollout; and insure
compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX); analyze current and future state business
processes; evaluate alternatives and formulate system scope and objectives to
create or modify an application; lead in producing deliverables including
business process flows, use cases, and storyboards; facilitate project and
administrative meetings; provide day-to-day application and systems support to
business users; troubleshoot production problems and work to fix issues;
understand technology and systems infrastructure; work with users on functional
requirements, development and implementation plans; document and train users on
system processes and changes; perform other duties as assigned that support
overall objective of the position; and value and embrace teamwork and joint
collaboration and be responsible for successful completion of tasks.
Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software
Design, Computer Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related
Computer Science field; and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate

7 years of experience with
writing functional and technical specifications for computer software
5 years of experience with
the iSeries platform;
3 years of experience with
Infor XA/Mapics ERP Solution and Enterprise Integrator;
2 years of experience with
Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Trade Compliance business processes; and
2 years of experience with
integration projects on multiple platforms with Infor XA/Mapics ERP.
