Position Title:

External Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Vision and Leadership
o Coordinate with multiple cross functional Polaris leaders on project initiative and approach at the Corporate and Plant level and across other businesses and functions.
o Lead internal and external research, benchmarking and analysis.
o Lead best practice and standard work changes and support change initiatives.

Project Management and Communication
o Own and lead deliverables and project plan for JDA SIOP implementation, execution, post go-live support, and subsequent future enhancements and modules.
o Work collaboratively across business units, plants and cross functional stakeholders and end users.
o Develop and implement standard processes, engaging and working collaboratively with subject matter experts when designing solutions and developing standard work.
o Provide ongoing support on to ensure successful adoption and adherence.
o Work closely with IS project leadership on system design, implementation and maintenance.
o Define and track metrics. Regularly communicate and report out on project status and key milestones.

Standard Work and Tools
o Apply project management tools as applicable such as, Gantt charts, key milestones, project charter, action registers, etc
o Utilize Lean tools as applicable such as value stream mapping, kaizens, 5S, etc.
o Identify best practices and share processes and tools.
o Document standard work to efficiently repeat process.

Education / Experience
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations or similar field.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business setting with strong process orientation.
o Experience in project management and use of project management tools.
o Experience in business processes and systems within supply chain, manufacturing operations, material flow (internal and external) and logistics.
o Knowledge of business process including SIOP, S&OP, or IBP
o Experience with JDA SIOP software capabilities strongly preferred
