The Associate Marketing Manager - Social Media and Partnerships will be responsible for the planning and execution for the ORV and Snow social media, including integration of critical partnerships via Polaris- owned social channels. This person will lead the development of the monthly content calendars based on the social and brand strategies, and they will be responsible for developing and posting the content to achieve overall marketing and business goals.
With a focus on our Off-Road and Snowmobile Business Unit s , t his position will report to the Off-Road Marketing Manager-Social and Partnerships and will work closely with the Marketing team s across the brands represented. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and will have excellent communication skills , experience in partnership management, and have a strong ability to express various brands tones through content and communication plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop relevant content topics to reach respective brands' targeted customers
Brainstorm new content ideas and new ways to distribute existing content in various social channels
Build content calendars based on business objectives
Work with internal and external partners to achieve communication and content goals
Partner directly with athlete's and brand ambassadors we work with to develop and integrate partner content into social channels, while making sure to connect content with the broader marketing team.
Create, curate and manage all published content aligned to marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Oversee design aesthetic
Determine posting cadence and content types
Draft copy for each post
Secure all necessary approvals
Identify competitive threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the brands
Analyze campaigns and translate both anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.

Provide monthly reporting cadence, complete with KPIs, and improvements/recommendations
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Media, or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
3 + year minimum of direct management of social marketing/ influencer management
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Great writing skills
Proven understanding of social media levers, channels, and strategies
Ability to lead multiple business lines through social media optimization, and analytics
Ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality results
Organized with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with continuous change
Ability to communicate directly with consumers, both to celebrate positives but also to mitigate negatives
Standard office environment
Must have ability to work various hours: some nights/weekends required
Periodic, but extensive travel required at points of the year
