Responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction for the Supply Chain Transformation initiative (i.e. Project Sunburst). Serves as the Finance business partner for the VP - Supply Chain Transformation and the program's leadership team. Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for cross-functional program expenses and program savings. Responsible for ensuring program savings targets and achievement of savings targets are communicated accurately. Maintains multi-year program business case financial model and provides regular executive-level updates to the business case. Creates and presents monthly financial results packages to C-Suite level executives. Will provide direct supervision to a team of Senior Finance Analysts, matrixed out to program category teams as necessary to select future Polaris direct materials suppliers.


  • Serve as primary Finance business partner to the VP-Supply Chain Transformation and program leadership team.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly results, quarterly forecast, and annual budget packages for C-Suite level executives.

  • Lead the Project Sunburst budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating across multiple functional areas and P&L geographies that impact the overall project.

  • Lead the gross savings forecasting and reporting process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of internally and externally communicated numbers.

  • Lead financial close and analysis of monthly results versus budget and forecast. Ensure proper accounting treatment of one-time charges, proper accruing of savings, etc.

  • Maintain multi-year program business case financial model.

  • Manage a team of direct reports and interns/development associates as needed, and provide a positive working environment; establish and manage clear goals for the team.

  • Works with internal and data management partners to ensure integrity of data.

  • Miscellaneous projects and ad hoc analysis as required.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting Required. MBA is preferred.

  • A high level of PC applications and mainframe systems knowledge is required including OneStream, Hyperion Planning and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Infor XA/MAIPICS and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

  • 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience including, including senior level and managerial experience is required. Experience working with Manufacturing or Supply Chain teams preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.

  • Experience working in a Global Operations/Supply Chain environment required.

  • Team player with good communication; influencing and analytical skills.
