The Marketing Manager will help launch and grow an all new digital business offering and brand for Polaris. This strategic and creative leader will build an all new brand, design and lead the launch campaign, create and execute the marketing and media strategy, design a new website and digital experience, and develop programs to engage and excite our dealers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up, fast-paced environment and will have experience with eCommerce and marketplace marketing including building, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns and media strategies with passion, precision and excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the following pillars of work:

Branding & Marketing Strategy

  • Lead and build the branding and marketing strategy
  • Responsible for delivering key business and marketing targets for awareness, traffic, leads and sales
  • Evaluate and hire new marketing and media vendors
  • Responsible for the marketing and media budget


Content & Launch Campaign Development
  • Strategize, create and execute the launch and marketing campaigns
  • Lead all brand creative and content development
  • Build and manage the paid, owned and earned media plan
  • Translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for continuously improving marketing and media campaign effectiveness
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting cadence, complete with KPIs, and improvements/recommendations


Customer and Dealer Adoption and Training Programs
  • Develop content and channel tools to introduce consumers to the platform and how to use it
  • Partner closely with the Operations team to develop dealer adoption and training programs
  • Assist in hosting and creating dealer training sessions and materials


Business Team Member
  • Bring the voice of the customer to key business strategy and planning meetings where you'll contribute to the future business roadmap and determine key opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with the Digital Product Manager, bringing key insights and data to develop and shape the future product roadmap


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required
  • 5+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Track record of building, managing, and executing scalable digital marketing campaign and media strategies with passion, precision and excellence
  • Proven track record of driving results while fostering a growth mindset
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented and a creative thinker with outstanding organization, communication, project management and analytical skills; strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a very fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management
  • An understanding, appreciation, and/or passion for powersports and related/similar businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
  • Viewed as a strong strategic resource for client and a leader within the broader team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and confidence

  • Location - Bass Creek Facility, Plymouth, MN
  • Corporate office environment
  • Travel required, up to 30% of the time
