In this role you will
work closely with the Aviation and Travel Departments, assist company employees with their travel arrangements, both on the
company aircraft and commercial air travel to world-wide destinations. Day-to-day functions will include assisting travelers
with making and processing air travel reservations, ground travel and hotel arrangements and expense report processing. Additional
responsibilities include providing assistance with the corporate credit card program and other projects as needed.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of booking and processing domestic and international travel arrangements for company employees using Worldspan and other reservation methods
Coordinate company plane schedules and passengers
Assist with corporate credit card Program
Assist Shared Services team with expense report processing and auditing
Contribute to Aviation/Travel teams to ensure superior results
Assists Travel Lead with operating plan, forecasts and miscellaneous projects as assigned
Maintain monthly reporting to track travel volume, fares, credit card rebates, commissions, and expenses
Liaise with outside travel partners including after-hour travel agency, Concur, credit card administrator, and travel industry providers
Organize travel arrangements for various meetings, such as internal sales meetings and dealer meetings
Support continuous improvement efforts including, but not limited to: Concur functions, TRAMS back office functions, ARC reporting/requirements
Required Skills and Experiences
Minimum three years of Travel Agent experience
Self-starter; ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and proven decision-making abilities
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Presentation and communication skills, detail oriented
Provide superior customer service for internal travelers and the executive management team
Proficient with any GDS system (Worldspan preferred)
Preferred Skills and Experiences
College degree preferred, but not required
Knowledge of ARC /IATAN regulations for maintaining accredited travel agency, preferred
Knowledge of Trams accounting system and Concur a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel, Teams and Outlook
