    Polaris Adventures is the #1 Outdoor Ride & Drive experience network. The Marketing team of Polaris Adventures develops National, Regional and Local marketing programs, driving awareness and demand creation for our network of Outfitter partners. Through traditional and innovative campaigns, the marketing team reaches couples, families and adventure seekers looking to have the experience of a lifetime.

    The Polaris Adventures Select marketing specialis t will help launch and grow a direct to customer subscription service for Powersports.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up, fast-paced environment and will have experience with direct to customer demand generation marketing including building, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns and media strategies with passion, precision and excellence.

    Demand Generation

    • Ownership of the development and creation of marketing content to support Polaris Adventures Select. Align marketing messaging to broader brand building plans and initiatives . Drive and champion holistic view while promoting Polaris Adventures Select.

    • Serve as the driver and liaison between marketing SMEs, member advocates, and member support staff to meet and exceed KPIs and deliverables needed for member sales, retention, and loyalty.

    • Work alongside agency partners to create in-market tools, content, and messaging. Recommend and i mplement countermeasures as necessary to drive demand.

    • Plan, coordinate, and attend events to drive awareness and customer engagement with Polaris Adventures Select.

    • Develop in-store POP to promote offering (In Outfitter, dealer, adjacent markets, etc )

    • Manage a variable paid media and marketing budget .

    Digital Lead Conversion

    • Maintain holistic view of KPIs for Memberships demand funnel from awareness to close and retention . Accountable for the outcomes related to Membership conversion.

    • Own lead conversion funnels within all Polaris Adventures Select markets. Define hand off process and monitor effectiveness of warm leads to inside sales specialist.

    • Develop and own customer profiles and targets for membership tiers

    Membership Retention and Loyalty

    • Develop exclusive ride events and loyalty tactics to drive membership renewal.

    • Own the membership welcome kit contents, evolution, and communication cadence to drive world class Customer NPS

    • Create and implement communication cadence and calendar for membership retention and engagement.

    Business Team Member

    • Maintain pulse on industry and market trends.

    • Communicate pertinent information to the management team and team members. Possible information includes competitive intelligence, expansion and growth initiatives, marketing activities.

    • Work collaboratively and cross functionally with all internal functions and external partners.

    • Collaborate with corporate marketing to align on customer segment and demographic requirements to capture new members to the Polaris family through memberships. Share customer insights.

    • Perform other tasks as assigned


    • 5 - 6 years experience in digital demand generation for direct to consumer models. Experience with digital first businesses a plus.

    • Must be able to build rapport, influence and utilize diplomacy to drive program participation and partner success.

    • Ability to think conceptually, formulate and strategically plan.

    • Must be able to negotiate challenges, remove barriers and work through issues

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Skilled at building and leveraging relationships.

    • Passion for the outdoor lifestyle with contagious can-do attitude.
