Position Title:

Title: Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for hourly direct assembly labor
• Recruit and source interested parties
• Screen and interview candidates for fit with position and environment
  • Includes administration of phone screens, references, SIM assessment, criminal background checks, and pre-employment drug screens
• Coordination of candidate paper work and onboarding for hire
• Coordination of temp housing accommodations and relocation assistance
• Input new hire files into HRIS
• Continual improvement of recruiting and onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Experience in high volume, direct labor recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in a manufacturing environment helpful
• Related business and/or marketing degree preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills necessary
• Ability to manage multiple sources of information and track to and update performance metrics necessary
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of tools necessary
