works cross functionally to enhance rider experience and promote brand loyalty. Responsible for all financial activities of
Financial Products as well as consolidation and reporting of the overall Financial Services organization. Will be a principal
contributor to Financial Services' goals by driving growth and ensuring profitability across the financial products portfolio.
Work closely with internal and external partners to identify opportunities to improve existing programs as well as help develop
new products opportunities in a fast-growing market. The individual in this role will be required to understand business requirements
and drive robust modeling, analytics, and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Construct monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts and provide associated variance analysis
Month end close activities, including variance analysis, wires, reconciliations, journal entries, etc
Provide analytical research and support in helping develop new financial products & services
Assist sales team in construction of effective promotions and subsequent postmortem analysis
Work with global business units and engineering teams to understand trends in product quality
Drive performance through assessing the impact of changing business conditions
Identify lean initiatives to streamline administrative functions utilizing modern analytic tools
Provide analysis of and key performance drivers to internal and external customers
Ability to think independently and proactively bring best in class solutions to the table and be willing to drive those solutions across the finish line
Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and compliance of Financial Services SOX controls
Lead the Financial Services team through two external audits
Benchmark competitors
Ensure business is compliant with all applicable regulations
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and miscellaneous projects as requested by functional or finance leadership
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
Strong organizational & analytical skills, experience with forecasting and understand complex business models
3+ year's experience in business environment; powersports or financial services experience preferred
Experience with supporting external audits
Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
Experience managing a P&L
Experience managing third-party vendors / partner relationships
Demonstrate success developing tools to improve financial analysis and financial system added value to the functional group
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, MAPICS, OneStreamBottom of Form
