Seeking process-focused candidate with strong analytical and technical skills interested in Engineering Operations leadership opportunities. Along with supporting key product development initiatives, the Engineering Operations Systems Analyst provides process and tool ownership of several centralized solutions, delivers effective resolutions to daily challenges, enhances the productivity of the broader Engineering team, and empowers internal users to utilize available system resources to conduct business more efficiently.


  • Provides process and application ownership for various centralized Engineering solutions
  • Tool Expert and primary application administrator of multiple applications
  • Provides efficient and effective support to the broader Engineering team as the first point of contact for issue resolution
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining user documentation for core Engineering solutions and Standard Work for application administration
  • Partner with Engineering training to develop and deliver training to the internal Engineering staff on system processes
  • Performs data analysis and audits to support Quality Assurance objectives
  • Provides accurate and timely metrics to the Leadership team, as needed
  • Works closely with Project Leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering organization
  • Develops and identifies system processes to improve Engineering team efficiencies and provides support to ensure long-term sustainability of Engineering systems
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to gather requirements to help find solutions that will deliver world class tools for efficient system use and reporting
  • Actively participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as needed
  • Delivers excellent customer service to the broader Engineering team
  • Lead and train inhouse and offshore resources on repeatable standard work
  • Works on ad-hoc projects, as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting New Product Development processes or tools
  • Experience developing and delivering training is required
  • Preference given to candidates that possess experience in: Project and Portfolio Management / Microsoft Project Server, Product Data Management / PTC Windchill, SQL, Power BI
  • Successful track record implementing continuous improvement / Lean initiatives
  • High technical aptitude and strong desire to learn a spectrum of processes and systems
  • Analytical, detail oriented process-thinker who possesses strong problem solving techniques
  • Expert-level proficiency in office software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project Professional, Sharepoint, & PowerBI highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in Project Professional/Online and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of project management best practices
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments
  • Proven success working effectively individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
