We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, technical Project Director to join our team. In this role, you will direct and lead key projects in the Motorcycle organization to support Gross Profit Expansion. You will partner with cross-functional teams as well as business leaders across the organization on a variety of critical initiatives including but not limited to the project management of a long-range business plan that ties together financials, product plans, and commercial development with a focus on gross profit expansion. In this role, you will be required to understand business requirements, determine priorities with multiple stakeholders, and drive supporting needs for these projects.


  • Maintain overall Gross Profit expansion plan to ensure Motorcycle financial commitments are aligned with initiatives across the organization

  • Responsible for discovery, collection and formalization of Motorcycle business requirements for all categories to support gross profit expansion.

  • Project planning/management to drive necessary processes and analytics to support decisions & outcomes

  • Highlight risks & opportunities to business leadership on projects' proposed directions & priorities

  • Develop relationships within finance, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders; solicit feedback and influence project teams to ensure outcomes are aligned with the Gross Profit expansion plan

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and schedule adherence in projects

  • Manage project risk, work with management team to overcome obstacles, resolve issues, and develop counter measures.

  • Represent the business needs to the cross-functional teams and ensure it is organized and delivered in a way to drive decision making


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Master's degree highly preferred

  • 8+ years relevant process/LEAN/facilitation experience with at least 3 years of project management or business analytics experience

  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills

  • Experience managing a budget and interfacing with all levels of senior management throughout the organization

  • Highly process oriented. Drives relentless execution

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to present to and persuade a wide range of audiences

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal

  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong financial acumen inclusive of costing

  • PMP certification highly desired


  • Standard office environment - located in Medina, MN (Headquarters)

  • Periodic travel required throughout the year
