The Indian Motorcycle Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for activating dealer-focused channels to drive an improved seamless customer experience from OEM to Dealer. You will be leading highly visible work through our retail partners as we evolve our paid media, .com, mobile experiences, a variety of digital content, and development of key digital assets for product launches and promotions. You will be an advocate for the brand and work closely with our integrated and field sales teams to deliver retail results through our dealer partners throughout North America.

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Channel Marketing Manager to join the Indian Motorcycle brand team based at our Medina Campus in Medina, MN.

2. Local Demand Creation and Capture

3.) The Consumer Experience with Dealer Digital

Job Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Alignment

The Indian Motorcycle Channel Marketing Team works cross-functionally across multiple key stakeholders to drive a consistent and seamless experience at the Moment-of-Truth with our retail partners.

This role also works closely with external agency partners to execute initiatives and additional internal teams within eCommerce, Global Information Systems and our Consumer Experience Organization.

A key aspect of this role involves clearly establishing business priorities in-partnership with our sales team and facilitating the release of this information through the team to our retail partners.

Local Demand Creation and Capture

Demand creation and capture are critical outputs of our digital efforts. Consequently, you will be responsible for dealer paid media efforts focused on driving sessions, CPS, leads, CPL, and ultimately, Sales.

This individual will work cross functionally to develop retail planning standards, tools, training and programs to create and capture demand at the store level.

In this critical role you will lead all store marketing strategies for the Indian Motorcycle brand and manage a multi-million-dollar budget to deliver the program.

Consumer Experience with Dealer Digital

The Channel Marketing Manager leads strategic design for the digital consumer experience with store websites focused on product commercialization and lead management process.

Performing research to understand competitive efforts, industry trends, and audience preferences

Responsible for creating original text, content, and web creative that brings business activity to life through our retail partners owned properties

We are seeking a consumer-first, data-led, and results driven leader with previous consumer goods and digital marketing experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business

5+ years experience in marketing, brand management or agency

3+ years of digital marketing experience

Experience developing and executing strategies for the consumer, the customer and the company.

Experience leading projects cross-functionally

Experience with agency management, inclusive of briefing, reviewing and evaluating creative, defining Scope of Work (SOW)+ Experience in analytics capability and project management

Capable of operating on both strategic and tactical levels

Experience leading a team (directly or indirectly leading people/coaching)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a digital ecosystem (.com, OCM, email, SEO/SEM, apps etc.)

Solid working knowledge of technologies and applications inclusive but not limited to web, mobile, adaptive web.

Experience with digital design and development processes

Experience managing and developing a variety of digital first content

Experience with digital analytics tools

Experience with Social Media platforms, content management, analytics, optimization

Lead with growth mindset, consumer-centric, insight-led, and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo.

Strong leadership & communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively
