Job Summary: Responsible for providing financial support in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis department by coordinating & preparing financial data for corporate budgets, forecasts, earnings calls, board presentations, and other strategic initiatives for Polaris leadership team. Provide financial support for Administrative teams as requested.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive process with business unit finance to consolidate and tie-out the budget and forecast data in Onestream
Perform executive level analysis on consolidated planning results
Functional business partnering support for HR and Customer Growth teams. Prepare financial planning, analysis and monthly journal entries/accruals.
Prepare financial data for Board meeting presentations, earnings release, monthly operating reviews, and other long range strategic planning activities for the Polaris leadership team.
Interact with and present financial analysis to the Polaris CFO and other executive leaders
Develop and implement long term roadmap for Onestream and contemporary finance systems
Prepare special analysis and writes reports as requested utilizing Microsoft tools, Onestream, Quickview, and other planning systems.
Drive quality and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility & assist with process improvements within the FP&A group.
Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
Exhibits strong professionalism.
Strong experience with Microsoft tools, Onestream, and planning systems.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong individual initiative.
Requires ability to successfully influence others and work well in a fast paced, team centered environment
3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting required.
