Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate facilities related contracted services

  • Loffler staff, equipment and mailroom services (copy center, shipping and receiving)
  • Eurest food service staff and equipment
  • Janitorial staff, services and related supplies
  • HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance
  • Furniture design, layout and installation
  • Space management, space planning, seating assignments
  • Other services including (vending, security, painting, carpet, lawn, snow removal, waste removal, windows, roofing, pest control, signage, etc...)

Engage in global strategic facilities planning, expansion analysis, and M&A facility integration
  • Conduct strategic and financial analysis
  • Manage construction/renovation projects
  • Engage in facilities-design planning
  • Establish and coordinate new contractual relationships and services
  • Facilitate employee relocations
  • Conduct M&A facility integration
  • Coordinate and respond to facility requests and measure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and conduct environmental inspections
  • Plan, bid, prioritize and manage facility-related capital projects
  • Examine and implement inter-facility programs
  • Assist with the development and management of the department budget
  • Manage and track utility use and related cost saving opportunities Coordinate events - Board of Directors, annual shareholders, executive staff, dealer functions, etc.
  • Coordinate building opening and closing activities
  • Act as liaison to facility inspection agencies
  • Perform, if necessary, minor ground maintenance including irrigation system, lawns, plantings and sidewalk snow removal
  • Assist with the maintenance and management of video surveillance, card access and visitor management security systems.
  • Coordinate whole good products associated with lobby units
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside facility organizations and industry groups
  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday. This position is on call on a 24/7 basis to ensure continuous operation of facilities and to respond to critical issues. This position may be required to work weekends and holidays to meet business requirements.

Required Core Skills and Abilities:
  • BA/BS degree in Facility Management or related field - w/ 0-6 years experience
  • Possess and demonstrate independent thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, value engineer and meet deadlines required
  • Team player
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees, external contractors and regulatory authorities
  • Quality and customer focused
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understand Contract / Professional Services Agreements
  • Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
  • Initiative, independence and sense of urgency
  • Forklift and reach-truck experience preferred

  • Building management systems (BMS) and related equipment
  • Security access controls and related equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams
  • Audio / Visual equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Architectural & engineering documents (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical)
